I accept Flexible Spending Account (FSA) and Health Savings Account (HSA) debit cards. Unfortunately, at this time, Medicaid does not cover my services. Medicare only covers acupuncture for back pain, though they do not officially recognize acupuncturists as official practitioners yet so you need to see a physician, chiropractor, or physical therapist instead.

Currently, about 25% of all insurance policies cover acupuncture, at least in part.  I do not file insurance claims for my patients, but if your policy covers acupuncture, I can print you an invoice with the proper codes that you can submit for reimbursement.  Since there are so many different types of policies out there, the quickest and easiest way to figure out if you are covered is to call the phone number on your insurance card.
